Hampton Hall is a 1,000 acre gated golf resort community in Bluffton, SC. Hampton Hall was developed by one of the nation’s largest home builders, Toll Brothers. This Bluffton residential community offers a Pete Dye designed golf course, a golf clubhouse, a community clubhouse, health and a fitness center, tennis courts and much more for any lifestyle choice. The new construction and well laid out community facilities make Hampton Hall real estate a wonderful primary or secondary home. The home sites are between 1/3 to 1/2 acres and have golf, lagoon, wooded or golf and lagoon views.
Security Features
Hampton Hall has a 24 hour security guarded entrance at the front of the community. All visitors are checked before entrance into the community and service personal have restricted hours for acceptance.
History
This Bluffton real estate community started construction in the summer of 2002. In the spring of 2003, the first Hampton Hall real estate was sold and the private Pete Dye golf course and clubhouse was open for business in 2004. National luxury home builder Toll Brother teamed up with two local developers to launch the private gated community in the heart of the Bluffton Lowcountry.
