The plantation is located 6 miles west of the bridge to Hilton Head and only 25 miles to Savannah. The Golf side has an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse presently owned by Rose Hill residents and managed by an outside company. The Estate side has an equestrian center, polo field, and a community house located on the Colleton River. At present 18 lots listed for sale on the Estate side and 24 lots available on the Golf side, with prices ranging from $45,000 to $679,000. Activity during the last 12 months was slow with only 4 lot sales, from a low of $55,000 to a high of $155,000.
