Since the age of three, Hilton Head Island has been home to Charlie Schroeder. He grew up on the island and graduated from Hilton Head High School. After attending Clemson University, Charlie was happy to return home to the island he loves so much. Real estate is a family tradition in the Schroeder family, and eight years ago, Charlie heeded the call and became a real estate agent. Growing up here, he learned the ins and outs of the business by watching his parents, Carl and Anne Schroeder. His father is a former Realtors Association president and his mother has been an agent for more than 20 years.

With over 25 million dollars in sales of his own, he has proven himself to be a successful Hilton Head Island Realtor. As a 32-year island resident, Charlie has the advantage of knowing all aspects of the Hilton Head area as well as knowing many of the residents. He believes the key to real estate is taking the time to get to know his clients. Taking the time to listen to his customers' needs allows him to find the perfect real estate to match their lifestyle. His goal is to make lifelong clients. He is doing this by establishing relationships built on honesty and trust.
