Richard has been a Hilton Head Island resident for more than 16 years. He has been a top producing real estate broker and his colleagues and business associates respect his hard work, dedication and superior knowledge of the internet. He has worked with clients from all around the world and has sold real estate in almost every community on Hilton Head Island.

His knowledge of local real estate stems from his experience in the short term vacation rental industry. He was a partner in a multi-million dollar vacation rental company that represented estates in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Forest Beach, Folly Field, Shipyard and Singleton Beach. Having seen first hand which properties generated the highest return on investment, Mr. Neste's ability to relay this information has enabled dozens of clients to buy and sell properties in some of Hilton Head Island's most affluent communities.

Mr. Neste is an alumnus of Florida College, where he graduated as an honor student, 1st team All-American & National Champion as a scholarship athlete in baseball. He holds numerous pitching records for the Falcons and he has since coached local baseball players in the Dixie Youth Baseball Program and the Hilton Head Preparatory varsity baseball team. He lives on Hilton Head Island with his wife, Jill, and their three children, Richard, Abigail and Ryan.
