At its gated entrance, there are formal gardens and a reflecting pool. The majestic 45,000 sq ft Jeffersonian Clubhouse was designed by NCG Architects of Atlanta. The Mixed Grille and the Tap Room serve lunch and dinner daily, except on Mondays. For private functions, the Berkeley Room and the Tuscany Wine Room are available. Scheduled parties or functions must be sponsored by a Berkeley Hall Club member. On- and off-site catering is available. Its Spa & Fitness Center offers both indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, cardio-vascular and strength equipment, workout and aerobic exercise rooms, and a juice and coffee bar. Fitness instruction, massage and spa services are available. There are 6 clay tennis courts, a volleyball court, 2 regulation basketball courts and a playground. Ten miles of trails and pathways thread throughout the community. The Golf Learning Center is among the finest facilities of its kind anywhere in the world. A river park and a community dock are located on the pristine Okatie River. The Member Services Staff provides resort-style support to the community.
