2005 and 2006 saw an enormous commercial real estate growth in Bluffton, South Carolina. There were many new developments started as well as a large number of commercial units built to help spur the growth of our local community. However, since the economy went soft starting in 2006, we’ve experienced an increase in available commercial space scattered throughout Bluffton. There has been a major slowdown in new commercial construction in Bluffton real estate as well. The Town Council has done a good job in promoting the town to help spur a rebound in commercial real estate by bringing new business to the area.
