About The Crescent

The Crescent is one of Bluffton's newer gated communities, conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Hilton Head Island bridge amid grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. It's a gorgeous neighborhood with wide expanses of beautifully kept golfing green spread along either side of the community's main road, all the way to the golf club, where the pool, pool house, and tennis courts are also located. Like most of the area's plantation neighborhoods, property owners can access amenities like tennis and golf, and have the option to purchase memberships to the golf club. The Crescent covers about 540 acres but feels much larger when you're driving through; homes are well-spaced and offer pleasant seclusion within the community, which features a stretch along the Colleton River as well as the rolling hills, shimmering lagoons, and lush greenery of South Carolina's Lowcountry.
