The Crescent is one of Bluffton’s newest gated communities, conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Hilton Head Island bridge amid grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. It’s a gorgeous neighborhood with wide expanses of beautifully kept golfing green, which spreads along either side of the main road, all the way to the golf club, where the pool, pool house, and tennis courts are also located. The Crescent is small in acreage, but feels much larger when you’re driving through; homes are well-spaced and the entire area is breezy with clean, quiet air. Like most of the area’s plantation neighborhoods, property owners can access amenities like tennis and golf, and have the option to purchase memberships to the golf club.
