We have been real estate clients of Mr. Bart Whiteman since 1995, when we made our first real estate purchase of a lot in Palmetto Hall Plantation. Through the years, we have had additional transactions involving properties in The Preserve, The Crescent and Shell Hall. I have always felt in our dealings with Bart that our best interests always had the highest priority.

We have lived in Ohio our entire lives and have always loved vacationing in South Carolina. We started searching online for a possible retirement home on HH, inquired about a couple properties, and were introduced to Charlie Schroeder. Charlie sent us several pages of homes of our interest, kept us informed of new properties as the were listed and also any status changes. We gave him a list of properties we were interested in and he helped us with any and all questions. He had contacts so that we were able to get 2nd opinions on the inspections, info for getting bank pre-approval, local utilities, and insurance contacts. We first purchased a vacation condominium on Hilton Head through Bart Whiteman in 1993. Over the years, we often talked about trading up and Bart would select a number of properties for us to consider. I am embarrassed to say this almost became a hobby. We spent so many Thanksgiving and Easter vacations
with Bart, he watched our daughter grow up. But, he never gave up on us and continued to alert us to real opportunity. In 2011, Bart found our new home. It is everything we dreamed of but nothing we would have selected without his guidance. The purchase went smoothly and Bart sold our condominium within a couple of months. Bart knows Hilton Head and he takes time to get to know his clients. He is honest, knowledgeable and kind. And, in our case, extremely patient.
